How is it different from semi-permanent?
Conventional semi-permanent makeup (tattoos) injects pigment into the dermis, so it lasts a long time, but the risks of discoloration, residual marks, and side effects also increase.
Obliv Longlasting injects pigment only into the shallowest layer at the boundary between the epidermis and dermis, achieving natural color payoff and fewer side effects at the same time.

3 Principles of Long-Lasting Clinic
Design First
Before treatment, we analyze your facial structure. Using eye width, nose bridge length, and the angle of the corners of the mouth as reference points, we design ideal proportions and first create a customized plan that corrects left-right asymmetry.
"The number one reason for repeat procedures is dissatisfaction with the design."
Performed in a clinic-level facility. Disposable sterile equipment and a hygienic environment are used, and immediate medical response is available if side effects occur after the procedure. Medical staff personally check your skin condition before the procedure.
Premium Pigment
Non-toxic·Non-irritating·Non-allergenic.
We use only premium mineral pigments that have passed the German dermal test. They remain natural over time without the redness·blueness·gray discoloration caused by low-cost pigments.

The previous semi-permanent pigment has discolored, and I’d like to have it corrected.
Our Process
Design Work Step 4
Obliv Longlasting spends more time on design than on the procedure.
Understanding the structure of your face is the starting point of good design.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does lip long-lasting last?
It varies depending on your skin characteristics and lifestyle habits, but on average it lasts 1–2 years. Because the lips are an area where dead skin cells are replaced quickly, the duration may be shorter than for eyebrows, but it can be maintained with touch-ups.
Can I get eyeliner if I have sensitive eyes?
Before the procedure, we will apply enough anesthetic cream to help reduce discomfort as much as possible. Because the procedure is performed in a clinic setting, immediate medical response is available in the event of any adverse reaction.
What if it later turns red or blue?
Discoloration is mainly caused by low-quality pigments or poor pigment blending. Obliv uses only premium mineral pigments that have passed dermatological testing in Germany, and maintains natural color through precise blending tailored to your skin tone.
I have some residual marks from a previous semi-permanent treatment. Is that okay?
Even without removing the existing discolored pigment with a laser, we can conceal the remaining traces and redesign it into a new look using a natural pigment neutralization (cover-up) technique.
I'm worried it might end up looking like Shin-chan's eyebrows.
We perform the first treatment by adjusting the pigment concentration based on each individual’s skin absorption and condition. Since natural-looking brows are built up gradually through retouching, the risk of them looking too bold can be minimized.
Precautions Before the Procedure
Depending on individual characteristics, side effects such as pain and swelling may occur after the procedure, so caution is advised.
Please avoid alcohol, saunas, strenuous exercise, and makeup on the treated area for at least 4–5 days.
If you are pregnant or have a keloid-prone constitution, please be sure to inform us during the consultation.
